On Deck: The History of JAL Baseball Tours
Founded in 1999 by SAA member John Alan LeGloachec (JAL) at Pittsburgh's old Three Rivers Stadium, the idea was a grand slam from the start. That year, with the conference hotel just across the river, John rallied a small crew for a night at the game - and the tradition quickly caught fire. Over the years, attendance has ebbed and flowed, but the crowd hit it out of the park in 2012 with 247 fans in San Diego. Today, JAL Baseball Tours continues to be a can't-miss part of the SAA conference playbook.
Thank you.
