  • 1.  SAA Foundation Board of Directors May Meeting Highlights

    The SAA Foundation Board held its most recent virtual meeting on May 19 and 20. Key points can be found below.  

     

      • Approved seven proposals for the 2025 Catalyst Grant program. (VIII-C) 
      • Approved the recommendations from the Governance Committee for the Elected Directors who will serve a three-year term and the committee members of the SAA Foundation’s Grant Review Committee, NDRFA Review Committee, and Development Committee. (VIII-B)    
      • Approved the revision of the SAA Foundation’s mission, vision, and overarching goals for the strategic plan. (https://www2.archivists.org/groups/saa-foundation-board-of-directors/saa-foundation-strategic-plan-fy-2023-2025)   
      • Approved the FY26 budget for the SAA Foundation. 
      • Minutes for the February 2025 Foundation Board meeting are now on the SAA website. (I.D)
