The Committee on Ethics and Professional Conduct invites you to join a conversation on considerations for responsibly, ethically, and productively engaging with AI. We welcome Elizabeth Russell Roke, Archival Technology Program Manager at Emory University Libraries, to discuss how she has tested AI tools to see if they can help identify biased description in a digital library collection. We will discuss the design and outcomes of that project and share thoughts on what to consider when designing projects or initiatives that use AI tools and library data.
