SAA Education seeks instructors to revise the Digital Preservation of Audio and Video: Fundamentals and Providing Access to Digital Archives webcasts, which typically run about 90 minutes each. The selected people will revise content, update the slide deck to meet SAA branding standards, and re-record these webcasts. Instructors will have access to all previous materials to build on, as well as support of liaisons from the Digital Archives Specialist Subcommittee and the SAA Education staff, who will provide revision guidance and technical assistance. Individuals should have practitioner-level experience with the course content and be comfortable with online presentation methods, including Zoom. The budgeted honorarium for teaching is $600 per individual, per course.
