The George Washington University Libraries and Academic Innovation (GW LAI) is seeking applications for an Associate Dean (AD) to provide leadership to a vibrant and responsive organization. The AD will have strength in multiple operational areas and flexibility to work towards library-wide goals. The current portfolio for the AD includes the Special Collections Research Center and the Global Resources Center (GRC). With the recognition that LAI is continually growing and changing, portfolios of responsibility are may shift as areas of focus are realigned. The AD will serve on LAI, University, and consortium committees, as well as represent the LAI and the University in a variety of groups and forums. They are expected to contribute to the profession and continue to be active in professional groups that advance both the profession and the academy. Full job description here:
