SAA Records Management Section (2022 Meeting)

DESCRIPTION
Low morale, burnout, and work-place related stress are serious issues facing information professionals. In our current climate with increasing responsibilities being placed on records managers and archivists, it is more important than ever to identify strategies to lessen its impact on our day-to-day lives.

For our annual section meeting, the RMS Steering Committee will host a Coffee Chat style conversation for section members to share their experiences redefining workloads and work/life balance as well as coping, managing, and mitigating the challenges of burnout, low morale, and job fatigue.
