· Thursday, September 19th, 4:00-5:00PM: Creating Community Archives in the Digital Era: Chicanx Oral History Projects in the Making -Dr. Lorena V. Márquez will discuss her upcoming book: In their Voices: Chicana/o Movement Elders' Reflections on the Civil Rights Era, where she highlights race and language trauma, identity formation, and resilience as a testament to forms of resistance during this time period. She will also discuss the importance of creating community archives in the digital era.
