The Committee on Public Policy (COPP) is revising the SAA Legislative Agenda for the next biennium, and we want to hear from you! COPP invites all SAA members to take a short (5-10 minute) survey to help SAA set priorities for public policy monitoring and advocacy, and to help gauge opportunities to improve advocacy. Your feedback will be critical in determining the recommendations COPP makes to Council regarding advocacy for archives and records legislation at the local, state, and national level. The survey will be open through the end of the Annual Meeting (August 17, 2024) and will be used to produce the SAA Legislative Agenda for the 2024-2026 biennium.
