Dear colleagues,
The UX Section Steering Committee is happy to announce the Section’s Annual Business Meeting agenda and open registration. The meeting will be held Friday, July 11, from 2 PM-3:30 PM EST.
Held virtually, the meeting will include Council updates and updates from the Steering Committee as well as a review and discussion of the efforts of the Section’s working groups. Time will also be set aside for attendees to provide feedback about how the Section can offer more opportunities for the archival community. The meeting will also include presentations about UX work for discovery systems. Guest speakers from Harvard University and Northwestern University will discuss projects they’ve overseen on their instances of ArcLight and ArchivesSpace (PUI), respectively. Please note: this meeting will be recorded and posted on the UX Section microsite, though we hope you will be able to join us at the time of the event!
