    We are currently seeking submissions for June 2022 contributions to the SNAP section blog! Our blog is available at:

    Subjects for which we are soliciting submissions include, but are not limited to:

      • Pride Month
      • Juneteenth/Freedom Day
      • Any other topic of your choosing that you would like to write about!

      As the SNAP section blog, we are specifically seeking submissions from students and new archives professionals. Don't feel limited by these submission topics--if you have an idea that you would like to write about, please go ahead and submit your blog post! 

      Other submission guidelines include:

      • Length: 250-800 words
      • Tone: The SNAP section encourages submissions featuring diverse perspectives, types of content, and viewpoints. For all submissions, respect for fellow archivists, librarians, and allied professionals is required. 
      • Audience: The SNAP Blog serves as a resource for current students and new archives professionals to learn from fellow colleagues about issues relevant to new professionals through sharing resources, common experiences, and concerns.
