We are pleased to announce that registration is now open for our 2023 Annual Meeting "Evolving Technologies: Using Digital Spaces Effectively" at the KSU Center,  October 12-13, 2023. 

An asynchronous virtual only option will be held November 8 & 9, 2023.

Registering for the October event held at the KSU Center,  grants you access to the November online event as well. 

What to expect from this year's annual meeting:

-Lunch a'rounds with SGA Board Members

-Welcome & Keynote Address featuring Professor Hank Klibanoff, Professor of Practice at Emory University, Presidential appointee to the U.S. Civil Rights Cold Case Records Review Board, and Director of the Georgia Civil Rights Cold Cases Project at Emory. 

-Pre-conference workshop and sessions

-Access to exhibiting vendors

-Thursday evening Reception, Happy Hour style (venue information to come)

-Program information

Attendees of the Annual Meeting are eligible for a discounted rate of $159 per night for a standard room, before fees and taxes.

Purchase meeting registration by clicking the 'Register' button. You may pay online by credit card or debit card via secure PayPal service set up by SGA. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay online. If you do not wish to pay online, please select the option to complete online registration then pay by mailing a check to the Society of Georgia Archivists Treasurer (address in payment window).

Late registration for the virtual only option must be submitted online by November 7, 2023. After November 7, all registration will be closed for the virtual conference.

Cancellations are to be refunded as follows: 

Registrations cancelled more than 60 days before the event will be refunded 100% of the registration fees. 

Registrations cancelled less than 60 but more than 30 days before the event will be refunded 50% of the registration fees. 

Registrations cancelled less than 30 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.
