The Collection Management & Description Sections will be hosting a webinar this spring and we are actively seeking presenters to talk about setting strategic priorities and decision-making for collection management with a focus on tools, systems, and data used. We welcome proposals around any of the following topics:

Setting processing priorities

Setting general collection management priorities
-
Setting priorities and addressing gaps for acquisitions and collection development
-
Balancing reprocessing and reparative projects with managing incoming materials
We are looking for speakers to share their experience in a 10-15 minute virtual presentation planned tentatively for a Monday in April, date TBD based on presenters' availability. We would love to have diverse presenters and institutions represented: speakers from small institutions, HBCUs, and community archives are encouraged.
