We are calling all MAS section members! Consider joining the Museum Archives Section Leadership and nominate yourself or a colleague for one of the open positions for 2022-2024. The deadline for nominations in the 2022 MAS election is Tuesday, May 31st.
We have three open positions a Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect (for a two-year term), a Secretary (for a two-year term), and a Web Liaison (for a two-year term).
SAA's elected leaders make critical contributions to the Society's success and each position carries particular responsibilities. Read more about each position here.
Interested candidates should send the following information in a word document:
- Candidate Name
- Job Title and Institution
- Headshot (high-resolution file) *optional
- Bio and Candidate Statement (1-2 paragraphs)
Prospective candidates must be current SAA members and members of the Museum Archives Section. The results for the 2022 SAA election slate of candidates will be announced in July 2022.
