The SAA Foundation Board awards grants that meet the mission and goals of the Foundation and/or SAA's strategic planning priorities. This year, the Foundation awarded seven projects a total of $29,799 in grant funds. The projects are:
- "Excavating Bias: A Reparative Audit of Philadelphia Area Finding Aids," as submitted by the Philadelphia Area Consortium of Special Collections Libraries, Inc.
- "Latin American Community Archives Workshops: Training and Collectivity," as submitted by the Archivistas En Espanglish.
- "Religious Archives in Transition Toolkit and Workshop: A Pilot Program for Archivists for Congregations of Women Religious," as submitted by the Sisters of Charity of Seton Hill Archives.
- "Graduate School Archives Internships: Exploring the Efficacy," submitted by the Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis.
- "Community Archiving Day," as submitted by the Recovering the US Hispanic Literary Heritage, University of Houston.
- "Southern Transgender Archives Practices and Resources," as submitted by the Recovering the Invisible Histories Project.
- "Improving Metadata for Better Accessibility to Scholarly Archives for Disabled and Sensory Sensitive People," as submitted by the Electronic Literature Lab at Washington State University.
