This is a reminder that registration is still open for two upcoming webinars this week: Introduction to OHMS (October 30, 2025), OHMS, Indexing, & Transcripts (October 31, 2025). These online OHMS training sessions/workshops feature various aspects of OHMS (the Oral History Metadata Synchronizer), ranging from just getting started and beginning new indexing projects, to using the brand new transcript editor, working with machine-generated transcripts, and time-synchronizing new transcripts. The OHMS application is now integrated into the Aviary Platform (Click here in order to sign up for a new OHMS account). Additionally, these webinars will provide a glimpse of upcoming new features in both the OHMS application and the OHMS viewer including powerful NER (named entity recognition) and data visualization capabilities.
