Please join the SAA Records Management section on Friday, March 24th at 2:00pm EST for a coffee chat on Building & Maintaining Relationships in your Organization. Presenters Jen Haney Conover and Tina Ratcliff are two experienced local government records managers in Ohio. While both hail from local government, this presentation will convey valuable information for a records manager in any type of institution. And whether you are a brand-new records manager working to establish professional relationship foundations in your institution, or interested in strengthening those already made, this coffee chat will have information to help you!

Jen Haney Conover is the Director of Records Management/Archives for Warren County, Ohio, where she has overseen all aspects of the county's records management, archival and microfilm/imaging operations since 2013.  Jen received her B.A. in history with a minor in music history from Miami University and completed her graduate education at Wright State University with a M.A. in Public History. In her spare time, she is an active runner, completing 2-3 half marathons a year, loves live music and spending time with her husband Brian, daughter Lottie, and labradoodle, Striker.

Tina Ratcliff has worked for the Montgomery County Records Center & Archives in Dayton, Ohio, for the past twenty-eight years.  She has been the Montgomery County Records & Information Manager since 2011.  She is the current chair of the Ohio Historical Records Advisory Board, the central body for historical records planning in the State of Ohio.  She enjoys hiking and reading.
