"My team is seeking input from colleagues regarding reporting of processing statistics. We are a local government archives reporting to leadership that do not necessarily have backgrounds in libraries/archives/museums. We are hoping to improve upon our current practices so that we are sharing our statistics in a way that is meaningful to this leadership.
