Join members of the Reading Room Futures Collaborative for a virtual meet up on Thursday, August 15th from 5:15-6:15pm CST (6:15-7:15pm EST, 4:15-5:15pm MST, 3:15-4:14pm PST) as we provide a place for the exchange of ideas around how archival institutions can reimagine their reading room spaces to foster inclusivity, accessibility, and adaptability, while also addressing the financial, physical, and institutional barriers that can complicate these efforts. Attendees login through the conference schedule website and/or gather in Williford A/B.
E2 Meet-up (Hosted by the Exhibits and Events RAO Standing Committee)
Join us for an informal meetup on Friday, August 16th from 3:15-3:45pm CST in Chicago! We will gather at the back of the room after session 502: The Evolution of Exhibits: AI, Tools, and New Approaches, which is currently in Continental A/B on the schedule. This is a chance to meet other folks with interests in exhibits and events, chat about plans for E2 in 2024-2025, and other topics.
