Description, as a function of archives, can require project management skills to complete - whether that's managing a team processing a collection, or determining where description fits inside a workflow. Are you a lone arranger who has to fit in descriptive projects and practices in between your other duties? Do you work in a large repository where description of an archival collection is divided among multiple colleagues? Do you supervise interns who need guidance on descriptive practices related to your institution? Are you a digital content manager who has different descriptive needs than your colleagues working with physical materials? How do you manage these different projects?
