    SAA SNAP has a new a post in our On the Clock series, which explores term positions in the field. Lupe Samano describes her journey in looking for a permanent job and the transition from internship to term position. She discusses Imposter Syndrome and how term positions can amplify these feelings as one is trying to balance job duties and the want to do more within an institution on such a short time span. This discussion is something that we all face in our job hunt and day to day, therefore shining light on it more can help us understand how to deal with it and be able to proceed with our work.
