    In “Building Bridges Between Past and Future,” Amanda Greenwood (Union College) reflects on John Fleckner’s “The Paradox of Change and Continuity,” which was given as a speech in 1994 and dedicated to the Special Collections and University Archives at Rutgers University. Greenwood examines the continued relevance of Fleckner’s considerations of the tension between change and continuity, and shares how her experience as an archivist has been shaped by constant change.
