The Preservation Section needs your help to staff the National Disaster Recovery Fund for Archives (NDRFA) Silent Auction! The silent auction will be held on Thursday, July 30 and Friday, July 31 at ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2026 at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Please visit our signup page to review the available time slots below and click on the button to sign up for one slot (or more). Differing slightly depending on your timing, volunteer responsibilities include helping to set up the auction items (morning/opening shifts only), helping to keep the tables of items and bid sheets neat and clear, answering questions, promoting the auction on social media, and helping to contact winners and check their donations when distributing their items (on Friday afternoon only).
