Hello MARSites! Our annal section meeting will be on Friday, August 1st at 9:00 AM Pacific /10 AM Mountain /11AM Central /12 PM Eastern. In this meeting we will share the election results and introduce our new steering committee members. We’ll also discuss the future of MARS and gather ideas for upcoming programs.
After the business portion, we’ll have an open discussion on legal challenges at our institutions. Amy Mondt from the Sam Johnson Vietnam Archive will talk about working with TTU’s General Consuel on a complex collection related to Agent Orange, which included medical records.
We invite all members to share their own legal experiences or ask questions. If you’re facing legal challenges this is a great chance to poll the collective wisdom of MARS.
