The National Best Practices for Archival Accessioning is pleased to host a webinar to discuss to the Archival Accessioning Best Practices guidelines and how they may be applied to the work of a lone archivist. Participants are highly encouraged to ask questions and offer feedback that will help seed future webinar topics.
In this webinar, Regina Carra of the National Best Practices for Archival Accessioning Working Group will discuss her perspective on the challenges and opportunities of accessioning as lone archivists. She will provide an overview of her work and discuss how the newly approved Archival Accessioning Best Practices could be successfully applied in a one-archivist context.
The webinar will take place on Wednesday, February 12, 2025 at 2:00EST/1:00CST/12:00MST/11:00AMPST. This webinar is open to any participant of any institution, and we encourage special attendance of those currently or previously working as a lone archivist.
