Are you looking for a way to expand your professional network and get more involved in the digital archives and digital preservation community? If so, come join the Electronic Records Section Steering Committee and help grow the community while learning from fellow professionals!
Joining the Steering Committee is a small commitment of time each month, providing you with valuable experience as you contribute to vital services for your colleagues.
The committee meets once a month as time allows, and a typical time commitment is 1-2 hours per month depending on projects. Attendance at the annual meeting is not required, and any dues-paying SAA members, including students and early-career SAA members, are highly encouraged to join!
Please consider nominating yourself or a colleague for one of these positions:
• Vice-Chair/Chair elect (July 2025 to Sept. 2028)
• One steering committee member - partial term (July 2025 to Sept. 2026)
• One steering committee member - full term (July 2025 to Sept. 2028)
