Hello IAAS and all SAA colleagues!
I am thrilled to invite any/all interested parties to submit cover letters and resumes to become an Early Career Member (ECM) for the International Archival Affairs Section. Our Steering Committee currently has not one, but two positions available; duration of service will be January-August 2025.
We are a small but mighty section; we have an extremely robust programming agenda and other projects to immerse yourself in and gain valuable experience. ECMs usually help Steering members with our two virtual programs in ways such as monitoring chats and managing attendee matters.
We also have other projects such as our ever-evolving suggested readings bibliography and microsite enhancement, which ECMs can assist with.
