The Committee on Education has created a draft revision of the Archival Continuing Education (ACE) Guidelines. We are asking for your feedback on the draft. Please share your comments on the document, edit the document in suggesting mode, or email your feedback directly to ritajohnston@miami.edu. Please share all comments by April 30, 2025. The Committee will review all feedback received by this date and incorporate it into a final draft revision, which will then be submitted to SAA Council in June for review.
For reference, we are revising the existing Archival Continuing Education (ACE) Guidelines, last updated in 2017.
The ACE Guidelines provide guidance on continuing archival education. This revision includes editing references to information in other standards which have since been updated, adding clarifying language when needed, and revising outdated information in the appendices.
