    The Collection Management Section seeks presenters for its Annual Meeting, which will be held on Thursday, June 22 from 11:00am-12:30pm PST (2:00-3:30pm EST).

     

    The annual meeting theme, decided by popular vote, will be "How collection management processes have evolved over time."  Possible topics include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Collection management tools: how current options are meeting our needs (or not)
    • Integrating multiple digital tools for collections management: ASpace or AToM, Aeon, Voyager or Alma, digital asset management systems, and others
    • Documenting collection management: historical practices, workflows and collection files in the digital era
    • Decision-making processes when choosing a new collection management or digital asset management tool

     

    Thank you to those who responded to our poll to vote for the annual meeting theme.  If you are interested in presenting (even if you already expressed your interest in our earlier poll), please fill out this Presenters' Interest Form with your name, job title, and presentation topic, by May 31st.  We will reach out to prospective presenters in early June.
