The Archives Management Section will be hosting its next "Ask a Manager" session on May 2nd at 2pm EDT/1pmCDT. The focus of this panel will be Surviving & Thriving in an Unideal Work Environment. Our speakers will be Melinda Isler who will talk about how to "manage up" as a solo archivist, and Derek Webb and Caitlin Stamm who will discuss how to manage interpersonal conflicts with employees. Because of the nature of this topic, the session WILL NOT be recorded to allow our speakers to candidly answer your questions.
