Records Management During COVID-19 Survey

  • 1.  Records Management During COVID-19 Survey

    Hi all!

My name is Jordan and I am a graduate student at UMass Boston pursuing a History MA on the Archives Track. As part of my final semester, I decided to undertake an independent study course in Records Management.

One of the requirements for the course is a final paper. Given all of the changes that the field is undergoing at this particular moment in history, it only seemed appropriate to focus my paper on what changes the records management field has undergone during the COVID-19 pandemic, particularly with the shift to remote work.

As such, I was wondering if some of you would be willing to take this survey. It is aimed at current records managers at institutions of any type. I am just trying to get some baseline statistics on what people feel the biggest changes have been as well as some qualitative data so look for trends in how records managers are handling the changes they're facing.

The survey is anonymous. Your personal information will not be collected, although there will be a question at the end where you can input it if you are willing to receive a secondary survey/be directly contacted with questions in the future.

Thank you in advance, and please feel free to share the link with other records managers you know!

Stay well and all the best,
