    Posted Jul 28, 2022 05:03 PM
    Dear colleagues,

The University of Wisconsin-Madison Libraries are now recruiting for a Research Services Archivist as part of our Diversity Resident Librarian Program.

The UW-Madison Libraries are seeking candidates for a Research Services Archivist position as part of the Diversity Resident Librarian Program. This program, established in 2013, provides an opportunity for entry-level librarians and archivists (degree specialization conferred in the last three years) from historically excluded groups in librarianship to begin their professional careers and develop skills and experience in academic librarianship. This residency will offer opportunities to support research services, instruction, and outreach within University Archives and Records Management.

For more information and to apply for this position, please click on the following link:

PVL# 263609-AS. A cover letter and resume will be required. As part of your cover letter, please speak to how you meet required qualifications, interest in public services and/or archival work in an academic library, and reasons for applying to the Diversity Residency Program. All applications must be submitted through the Jobs at UW applicant system. Click on the "Apply Now" button to submit your materials. A criminal background check will be required.

Feel free to contact Nate Ebert at neebert@wisc.edu with any questions.

    Best wishes,
    Katie
