    The LSU School of Library & Information Science (SLIS) invites you to join us for our inaugural year of professional development & lifelong learning webinars. This series covers a range of topics presented by experts and practitioners in the field. The series will include one session inspired by alumna Jackie Wintle which will focus on access for people with disabilities and be free of charge due to her generous gift.

    In an uncertain time it is important to keep learning to better yourself and others. Take advantage of this opportunity to engage with and learn from the experts.  Each webinar will include opportunities to network with other attendees to build professional relationships and engage in valuable dialogue.

    In 2006, Jackie established an endowment at the School of Library & Information Science in support of her passions and life's work. The Mary Jack Wintle Education Fund makes it possible for SLIS to offer an annual webinar addressing access for people with disabilities free of charge.

    The LSU School of Library & Information Science (SLIS) provides a 100% online prestigious education in library and information science. It is the home of the Master of Library and Information Science, which is the only program accredited by the American Library Association in the state of Louisiana.
