    Position: Engineering Records Specialist

    Location: Denver, Colorado – Administration Complex

    Pay Range: $60,403 annually (min) - $87,007 annually (max)

    Posting Close Date: 10/18/2021

    Position Summary: Under general direction, responsible for recurring or daily functions or processes necessary for technical business operations in the area of Engineering Records Management. This position assists project professionals by conducting project closeouts for records created during capital project design and construction. This includes archiving both paper and electronic records in the organization's permanent archive. This role will be the liaison between the Engineering Department and the Records and Documents Administration Section, working to ensure that the formal retention schedule is met, revised as needed, and that all permanent records meet current archival requirements. The Engineering Records Specialist will be expected to lead in the development and implementation of taxonomy and metadata standards and apply them to electronic records.
