Hi, all,

This spring (March 9 - April 19), I will be teaching an online course - Introduction to Web Archiving - through the University of Wisconsin-Madison's iSchool. The continuing education course is open to anyone (not just Wisconsin students) and costs $250 (or $225, if you register by February 16). The course requires about two hours of work per week, and serves as an introduction to web archiving tailored specifically to professionals who are interested in starting a web archiving program at their institution. The course provides hands-on interaction with Archive-It and Webrecorder, and we'll discuss developing collection policies and making the case for web archiving at your institution.
