SAA's Committee on Ethics and Professional Conduct will be sponsoring the second reading circle which will take place on Friday, April 30th, 2021 at 11:30am Central time. We will be partnering with the Diversity Committee for this second event which will highlight Anna Robinson-Sweet's 2018 American Archivist article, "Truth and Reconciliation: Archivists as Reparation Activists." Ms. Robinson-Sweet (The New School Archives and Special Collections) will begin with a short presentation which will be followed by Q&A and a more general discussion. Anna will also be previewing her most recent publication, "Ancestry.com's Race Stories: Examining Whiteness on the Genealogy Web.( International Journal of Information, Diversity and Inclusion).
