Hi, I'm the vice chair for the Society of American Archivists Student Chapter at San Jose State University, CA.
My chapter supports students in the Master of Library and Information Science program, especially those who are interested in museums, special collections, and archives. It is my goal to coordinate meaningful and interesting events for SJSU SAASC members. We are looking for archivists of all kinds who are passionate about their profession, and willing to empower graduate students and other professionals with information about their job experience!

Presentations last no more than one hour and usually fit a Q&A portion in the allotted time. The presentation is typically recorded so that more students can view the discussion at a later time. However, there have been instances where the guest speaker preferred the discussion not to be recorded and this request can be accommodated.
